What does your cancellation policy look like?

To ensure we respect the time of both our guests and staff, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled service will incur a fee of 25% of the service cost.

This policy helps us accommodate other guests by providing sufficient time to fill the appointment slot if you need to cancel

What happens to a no-show appointment? 

To honor our stylists' time, a 100% charge of the scheduled service cost will apply if an appointment is missed without prior notice.

Can children accompany a guest at the salon?

Children may accompany guests in the salon, but this is done at the guest’s own risk. Wilder James assumes no responsibility for any accidents or damage caused by children, and the guest will be liable for any such issues.

What does your return policy look like for styling products and merchandise?

Unopened or defective products may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase.
